Flourish in the Fire: Family of God (1 Peter 5:1-5)

God has generously provided leadership within the church. Leadership is a structure that offers flourishing in vulnerable moments. Even more, whether a Christian is in a leadership position or not, they still hold influence in the lives of people around them. It is important to remember in any realm of influence is that “other’s first" is the Biblical model of leadership. As the family of God, we are called to model Christ, who is the perfect shepherd and leader.
